DIY Tight Spot Pallet Table

Do you have an area in your home that you feel needs a table but can’t find one that fits or looks right there? It might be catchall area to place mail, write quick notes or lists, display seasonal decorations and foliage, keep favorite books or cookbooks, or some other need. This cute table is a perfect idea to solve that problem.

You’ll need a standard pallet and some type of wood that will work for your table “legs”, perhaps something like 2″ x 2″ x 4′.

Take your pallet apart, cut to size and start putting pieces together.

You can clearly see that the hardest part about this job is measuring and cutting the boards so that they are even and match up. Wood screws will work best for strength and durability.

Before long the table will come together and will be ready for staining or painting, whatever your preference.

This design shows how adding a few other items such as a message or white board board and hanging boxes on the wall creates this useful and functional space where there was once an odd, tight space. Brilliant!
